Returns Policy

PRELOVED

This policy applies to all online Frankie Faye preloved orders purchased within Australia.
 

All items must be returned unworn (except for tried on), with original tags still attached, folded as they came and with all buttons done up. This ensures that your return is received in a resalable condition. For swimwear and intimates please ensure that the hygiene sticker remains intact and that they are returned in their original packaging.
 

We will accept returns for change of mind/incorrect sizing ONLY if the item is as it was sent and MUST be returned by registered Australia Post at the buyers expense, when the item is received and condition approved, a credit note for the original cost of the item will be issued which will be valid for six months.
